One Car Garages

Our garages are designed to withstand many years of everyday use, whether you are storing vehicles, tractors, or other equipment.  All garages have a 9' x 7' insulated steel garage door and one 36" entry door. The floor system consists of 2" x 4" pressure-treated joists spaced every 12" with 3/4"-thick tongue-and-groove engineered 'Grant' flooring (a laminated topped outdoor use flooring that is highly oil and stain resistant). Each floor system has a 10-year warranty. Available door colors are white, dark brown, clay and cream.

Standard sizes are 12' x 16' through 14' x 40' and a variety of siding choices are available.  Garages are available in two styles - Dutch and Peak. See below for more examples.
